The Luxman D-N10 offers exceptional sound quality and scale that belies its diminutive yet substantial chassis. One can hardly imagine how the Luxman backroom boys are able to scramble all high quality components into one minute metal box. It is simply stunning! This “miniature” CD player features a sturdy pick-up mechanism, a highly specified 24-bit/192kHz digital-to-analogue converter. S/PDIF optical and coaxial digital outputs are provided for connection to external DACs.

The Luxman D-N10 possesses a sound signature reminiscent of vintage vacuum tube amplifiers – warm yet tonally correct, with capability to retrieve every detail in music recordings as captured by recording engineers. The message of a live musical performance is conveyed in such an easy manner that one is freed from the awareness of an audio system in use and immerses in the music being reproduced.
