Marten Heritage Getz 2

The Marten Heritage Getz 2 not only incorporates unique ceramic drivers, but features a newly-developed, custom-made aluminium passive radiator. The passive radiator contributes to a more even and better controlled bass, and creates a realistic, full-bodied sonic performance.

Marten - Heritage Getz 2

The Marten Heritage Getz 2 not only incorporates unique ceramic drivers, but features a newly-developed, custom-made aluminium passive radiator. The passive radiator contributes to a more even and better controlled bass, and creates a realistic, full-bodied sonic performance.

The other Getz 2 drivers employ ceramic membranes, which have the hardness of sapphire. Ceramic drivers have extremely high cone rigidity and hardness. The refined, high-quality crossover components include copper-foil coils and silver-in-oil capacitors.

Marten - Heritage Getz 2

The Getz 2 produces distortion-free sound that is exceptionally detailed and transparent, with a large, attractive soundstage. The relationship of the Getz 2 relationship to Marten’s Heritage Bird 2 is obvious, both in its appearance and its virtuous musicality. A truly refined 3-way model. The new tweeter uses pioneering technology to achieve diamond-like performance.

The Getz 2 can easily be integrated into your living environment, as it is not overly sensitive to placement. The front-firing passive radiator makes it possible to place it near the back wall if necessary. The midrange drivers have resonance damping and laser-drilled holes in the ceramic cone. This simplifies the crossover and provides even lower distortion in the crucial midrange. The Getz 2 cabinet is optimised in both appearance and acoustic design, with non-parallel sides, heavy bracing, and specially-selected 23mm veneered MDF that make it virtually resonance free.

Marten - Heritage Getz 2

Combined with the signature ceramic drivers they produce distortion-free sound that is exceptionally detailed and transparent with a large, attractive soundstage. The newly designed sandwich bass unit delivers power and control over lower frequencies. A custom-made aluminium passive radiator delivers a more even, controlled bass and creates a realistic, full-bodied sonic performance.

  • Cell tweeter designed with the latest Accuton technology.
  • Bass drivers with higher transparency and resolution using the latest Accuton technology.
  • Improved crossover using leading Mundorf components.
